I only accept cheques or money orders. The cheques have to clear the bank before I ship the painting. You can phone me if you have any questions at 1-250-833-0907 or at 1-250- 804-6770. Please do not e-mail me your credit card number. E-mails are not secure and can be intercepted and altered by criminals. I also accept payment by monthly installments. I mark that painting as" reserved" and ship when I receive and clear the final payment.

All my paintings, drawings and images od my paintings are protected by the Canadian Internation Copyright laws and may not be copied or reproduced in any manner without my written permission. I retain the copyright to all of my paintings. Sale of a painting does not mean the transfer of copyright. The artist always retains all copyright and reproduction rights.

Returns are accepted within a week of delivery. The paintings must be returned in their original condition. I will refund your full purchase price minus shipping and handling costs immediately upon eceiving the painting back.
